ClickUp 2020-2021

Second hire of in-house creative agency responsible for brand & content marketing, social media, and advertising. Developed and produced cross-platform content and strategies to deliver against awareness and lead-gen metrics.

Highsnobiety 2019-2020

Developed impactful strategy, creative, and partnership frameworks rooted in culture. Collaborated with U.S. and Global insights, editorial, talent, client services, and sales to translate marketplace needs and trends, into integrated offerings. Oversaw a team of strategists and creatives working across categories, Key programs include Ikea, Fendi, Mattel, Reebok, Hennessy.

Cheddar 2017-2019

Managed development and production of original content (outside of live news) . Developed, pitched, and produced long/short form content for distribution partners including Hulu, Spotify, Reddit, Amazon, Fusion . Created slate of primetime programming: Cheddar Premier. Launched Cheddar’s Snapchat Discover channel with an average of 1M unique users per day and Cheddar’s YouTube channel which saw 400% growth in subscribers. Built and executive produced 20 episode branded show Cheddar @Home.

Beautycon 2017

Oversaw the editorial, social, and branded content teams, creating and implementing the content strategy across social, digital and partner platforms. Developed and pitched ideas for social, linear, and streaming partners. Collaborated with sales to pitch and execute brand partnerships. Secured an exclusive partnership with BET to create tutorials and talent content to be co-distributed across platforms.

Refinery29 2016-2017

Developed, pitched, and created large-scale revenue opportunities rooted in video. Built and packaged new and existing content franchises and platforms including the podcast Strong Opinions Loosely Held, Brawlers (Smartwater), Short Cuts (Clinique, Ulta)  60 Second Cities (Microsoft), Style Stalking (ASOS), Mothership (TJ Maxx), and a commercial for Bareminerals . Helped implement proactive creative/sales process which equated to $13M+ in revenue.

Led partnership strategy and creative for full service brand experience studio. Conceptualized and pitched multi-platform content programs and packaged first-to-market opportunities. Optimized internal processes and implemented new work-flow and structure.

fashion rocks 2013-2014

Worked with sales, production, and creative teams to secure top-tier advertising partners and execute custom programs for multi-platform primetime TV special airing on CBS.
